Our goal is to make your camping experience safe, relaxing and a great deal of fun. We count on your cooperation to attain that goal. In order to ensure the safety of all campers, we have adopted the following rules.

Alcoholic Beverages
Please consume alcohol in moderation. Alcohol is permitted at your campsite only. No alcohol in pool area or rec hall. No disruptive behavior will be tolerated. We want to respect the rights of all campers. No one under 21 years of age will be allowed to possess or consume alcohol in the Campground.

Bicycles/Golf Carts/Scooters, and other Vehicles
All bicycles and non-motorized modes of transportation must be back at your site by dusk. Please have your children adhere to proper bike safety. No golf carts, mopeds, ATVs, scooters, etc. are allowed to be ridden in the campground. Motorcycles shall be used only to enter and leave the campground.

Campers/Parents
Campers/parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children, friends of their children and their guests at all times, while in the campground. Children under 18 can not be left overnight without adult supervision.

Campfires
Do not leave unattended. Put out all fires and coals before leaving or retiring for the night. Watch children carefully as grills may be hot. Do not move grills without consent of the office. DO NOT PUT GASOLINE ON FIRES. We reserve the right to monitor and control the size of campfires. All fires must be extinguished by 1:00 am. There will be no fires between 1:00 am and 6:00am.

Firearms/Drugs/Weapons/Fireworks
The use, display and possession of firearms, air guns, paint ball guns, fireworks, explosives, weapons and illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and removal of your personal effects. WE WILL NOTIFY THE AUTHORITIES. The tossing/throwing, etc., of rocks, stones or other objects is prohibited.

Fishing Limits
BASS- 3 per day limit. Minimum 14 in.
CATFISH- 5 per day limit. Minimum 12 in.
CRAPPIE- 10 per day limit. Minimum edible size.
BLUEGILL- 10 per day limit.

DO NOT USE MINNOWS FOR BAIT. Bait available for sale in the camp store.

Gray Water
State law prohibits the discharge of gray water or black water (sewer) onto the ground or stored in containers. Sink water or dishwater must be emptied at the dump station.

Indemnity
The use of any equipment or facilities of the campground by any person is at that person's risk and the registered camper agrees to indemnify and hold the campground owners harmless from any loss, cost, or damage incurred by it as a result of the activities of the registered camper, his family members, invitees and guests.

Pets
All pets must be kept quiet and on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended. Please be considerate of our other guests and clean up after your pet. No pets allowed in the pool area, store area, shower houses or playground.

Playground
Playground hours are 8:00 am-dusk.

Quiet Time
11:00 pm-8:00 am. We ask that all campers limit noise as much as possible between these hours. All children must be at their campsite and under adult supervision.  Lights out 1:00 am.

Swimming
Pool hours are 11:00 am-8:00 pm Monday-Saturday and 11:00 am-6:00 pm on Sunday. Rules are posted at the pool entrance. Wear bathing suits only. Small swim toys are allowed. You must shower before entering the pool. Toddlers and babies in diapers must use swim diapers/pants in the pool. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over 18- State Law. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY-all swimming is at your own risk. All visitors must pay to swim.

Vehicles
Speed Limit is 5 MPH. Please drive carefully. Please do not park on other camp sites. Two vehicles per campsite allowed. Additional vehicles must be parked in visitors lot. Washing of vehicles is prohibited. No working on vehicles (except emergency repairs), No dumping of fluids (oil, gas, etc), no washing car parts in the showerhouse sinks.

Visitors
Please see the Rates page for visitor fees. Any person who is not registered or named on the seasonal lease and enters the campground is considered a guest. Failure to register visitors/guests will result in a $10.00 penalty fee. Visitors must checkout and leave campground by 10:00 pm.


Registrants are responsible for their guests, children, and pets at all times.

Summers Carroll Campground is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft occurring from the use of these facilities.
